Jeff LaVigne founded NJ NI Capital on a conviction shaped over more than two decades in capital markets: that the most enduring partnerships are built on alignment, certainty of execution, and the discipline to say no when a structure doesn't serve both sides of the table.
Across his career, Jeff has been directly involved in the deployment of $2.5 billion+ of capital across 150+ transactions, spanning private credit, mezzanine, special situations, and commercial real estate finance. His work covers 25+ industries and all 50 states — from middle-market growth financings and recapitalizations to time-sensitive bridge, construction, and DSCR executions for institutional and sponsor partners.
